This Privacy Policy explains how Mindscale AI (Mindscale AI Inc) (“Mindscale AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit www.mindscale.ai and any related pages (the “Site”). It also describes the choices you have about your information.
1. Scope — and an important note about health information
This policy applies to information collected through our Site — for example, when you request a demo, join a waitlist, or browse our pages. It does not apply to any separate product services we provide to customers under a contract, which are governed by those agreements.
Please do not submit patient information or any protected health information (PHI) through this Site. The forms on this Site are for general business contact only. Any information you submit here is treated as ordinary business contact information, not as PHI.

When you fill out a form on our Site (such as our demo request form), we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, business email address, job title or role, organization, and any message or details you include.
Information collected automatically

We do not exchange your personal information for money in the ordinary sense. 7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In general, we retain website contact and inquiry information for up to 24 months after your most recent interaction with us, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, after which we delete or de-identify it.
8. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-party links
